We offer FREE in home estimates for the installation of any of our equipment along with a variety of financing options.

Preventive maintenance is also very important. Healthy Home Heating and Cooling schedules air conditioner tune-ups in the summer and furnace and boiler tune-ups year round upon your request. If you don't want the worry just let us know and we can put you on our regular schedule and keep track of it for you. Changing filters is also a good practice and something that we can keep track of for you and do when it needs to be done.

What to expect when we arrive at your home

The service tech will come to your home driving a clean, marked vehicle and in uniform. Upon entering, he will go to the problem area to diagnose your problem. Upon diagnosing the troubled part(s), he will give you a recommendation and give you an exact price of what it will cost to repair your equipment. Our service techs do not work on commission and have our customer's best interest in mind.

Our prices include the time to make a repair. Rest assured that regardless how long it takes to replace/repair your equipment, you will pay the same price. We want our customers to feel at ease when the service tech is working, that when he comes to present the bill, you aren't surprised by what it costs.

Annual preventative maintenance includes a 22-point inspection, ensuring all components are operating to manufacturer’s specifications. We clean necessary components in your heating system, checking for any problems or potential problems and adjust the system to operate at peak efficiency. Our service technician will recommend any repairs and provide you with an up-front price to perform the needed repair.

Oil Furnace and Oil Boiler Tune Ups

Annual servicing includes changing nozzle and filter, checking for any problems or potential problems and adjusting to operate at peak efficiency. This process also includes carbon monoxide testing to keep you and your family safe.

Air Conditioning Tune Ups

Annual preventative maintenance includes cleaning the system, a 12-point inspection, checking for any problems or potential problems and adjusting your system to operate at peak efficiency.

Maintenance Routine Inspection

A MRI is an annual preventive maintenance program. A MRI affords our customers peace-of-mind while providing continuous yearlong coverage. A MRI pre-pays for your annual maintenance (heating/cooling) and offers you lower utility bills by regularly cleaning/maintaining your equipment, extended equipment life and identifying potential problems. We also offer our MRI customers a 10% discount on repairs and a 15% discount on no overtime charges! We call our MRI customers to schedule and always provide them priority service should any problems occur.

High Efficient Furnaces

Furnaces keep your home warm in the winter and serve as an important part of your air conditioning system in the summer. In a furnace, gas or oil is combusted in a burner and then heat produced from that reaction passes through a heat exchanger where it is transferred to the air distribution system. The ductwork throughout a home carries and disperses the conditioned air and the flue or vent pipe releases the byproducts, such as carbon dioxide and water vapor, outside the home.

Air Conditioning

Central air conditioning helps keep your home cool and reduces humidity levels. By transferring heat from air located inside your home to the outside, conditioned and cooled air is left to be re-circulated. Using electricity as its power source, the compressor inside an air conditioning unit pumps coolant, or refrigerant, back and forth to gather heat and moisture from indoors. Warm air from inside is blown over the cooling coil, which is connected to the compressor, and then pumped back into your home.

Indoor Air Quality

When you need to remove harmful fine particles from the air, make sure you select a filter or filtration device that is specifically tested for its ability to remove very small particles. Some air filtration products state high efficiencies, but are really stating the capacity for holding dirt according to a percentage of total weight. This does not guarantee you will be able to filter out a corresponding high percentage of the fine particles. In a given sample of indoor air, about 98.5% of the number of particles present will be 1 micron or smaller in diameter. If you need to remove sub-micron particles, make sure the product you are evaluating has been tested specifically for its ability to remove particles in the 2.5 micron range and smaller.
